Communications and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communications and Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. Primary Role: The Communications and Marketing Specialist will lead content and product marketing strategies to enhance Atlas Technologies, Inc.’s brand presence. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market plans, producing engaging content, managing social media, and supporting internal communications to drive brand engagement, increase market visibility, and elevate the company’s products and initiatives.

Your contributions will play a key role in promoting Atlas’s core competencies in key markets.

Pay band - $60,000 - $95,000, this varies with experience.

You will:

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop comprehensive communication plans, presentations, and internal messaging that keep team members informed and aligned with company objectives. Lead all aspects of internal corporate communications, including company announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned across all internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and growth team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that effectively position Atlas's core competencies in target markets.
  • Develop and lead a content strategy that includes blogs, articles, case studies, videos, podcasts, and social media content. Ensure alignment with SEO best practices and branding guidelines while engaging target audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with all functional areas to ensure messaging and strategy alignment. Use insights from these teams to craft relevant and compelling communications.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications—whether related to the company brand, products, or internal culture—are consistent, aligned with Atlas’s values, and meet brand standards.
  • Lead social media efforts by developing and executing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to engage audiences and promote company initiatives.
  • Research and pursue opportunities for awards and speaking engagements to position Atlas as an industry leader.
  • Create and manage various marketing materials, including presentations, infographics, brochures, and videos, to support company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in communications and marketing, with a focus on communications, product marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement. Strong digital marketing expertise in B2B, tech, or government sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and product positioning strategies. Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with experience in creating customer-centered content that aligns with market needs and business objectives.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools, content management systems, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics platforms. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy, including SEO optimization, selecting distribution channels, and driving audience engagement.
