Program Analyst

Atlas Tech, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals. Program Analyst providing organizational process support as directed by and in direct support to the Portfolio Manager.

This position allows for telework up to 2 days per week. However, Atlas reserves the right to adjust the schedule, if required to meet the needs of our customer.

Pay band: $62,000 - $88,000

You will be responsible for the following tasking:

  • Provide Project Management expertise/support on all PM knowledge areas (risk, scope, quality, etc.)
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of PM processes.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of all key sponsor-facing events (such as PMRs, PARMs, and Off-sites) in collaboration with government and industry stakeholders
  • Assist Portfolio Manager with processes and recommend improvements
  • Assist Project Managers in conforming to policies and meeting all goals and objectives
  • Ensures that customer needs are responded to, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Provide organizational/execution support and facilitation of meetings
  • Produce management products (org charts, briefs, meeting minutes, etc.) as needed
  • Ensure deliverables and other files/documents are appropriately produced and provided
  • Assist Portfolio Manager in tracking requirements and communicating with overall Portfolio.

You Have:

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret-level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have 5 or more years’ experience supporting in a similar role (executive assistant and/or program/management analyst).
  • Acute attention to detail, are well organized, and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • A high level of expertise with the MS Office Suite, (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills/relevant work experience in a professional environment with high-profile customers or clients
  • Professional/focused demeanor with ability to successfully collaborate in a team environment
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Experience assisting with process standardization and team collaboration in a role that facilitates processes and assists/advises a Project Manager/Portfolio Manager

We’d Be Impressed If You Had:

  • Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations such as the FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business-related regulations
