Acquisition Process Analyst

Location: North Charleston, SC

Atlas Technologies, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals. If you are comfortable in intense, fast-paced environments, can think on your feet, and excel in team-based collaborative efforts, this may be the right fit for you.

Process Analyst providing organizational process support as directed by and in direct support to the government Team Lead. You will be responsible for the following tasking:

Pay Range: $55,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Travel: Up to 30%

You Will:

  • Perform process improvement analysis and support for a NIWC Atlantic Integrated Product Team (IPT)
  • Coordinate internal events, teleconferences, and sponsor visits in support of government leadership
  • Collect and report data for dissemination across the functional team, as required
  • Facilitate internal processes, including travel processes, weekly activity reporting, and stakeholder management processes/products
  • Record meeting minutes and action items for both scheduled and ad hoc meetings/conversations
  • Coordinate customer and external stakeholder visits and facilitate tours of NIWC Atlantic facilities for VIP guests
  • Reserve conference rooms, phone bridges, MS Teams, and other audio/video services scheduling, and reservations as required
  • Assist in production of formal document products, such as team briefs, presentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Travel in support of IPT for meetings and conferences up to 25%

You Have:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret-level security clearance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills/relevant work experience in a professional environment with high-profile customers or clients
  • Professional/focused demeanor with ability to successfully collaborate in a team environment
  • Stellar customer service skills and professional ambition (essential)
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience assisting with process standardization and team collaboration in a role that facilitates processes and assists/advises a project manager/team lead

We’d Be Impressed If You Had:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (not required)
  • Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations such as the FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business-related regulations
